Mr. Atwater launched the firm as a real estate investment company and has since expanded its focus into a strategic advisory firm that aids community revitalization, helping communities, governments, and organizations achieve measurable economic and social impact through effective strategies. The firm provides expertise in economic development, community development, small business acceleration, grant management, and public-private partnerships, including support for Disaster Recovery initiatives.
